Targeted hacker attacks are the order of the day: Microsoft recently announced that its own source code (!) had been hacked. Total disaster!

In Germany, an entire newspaper group was recently paralysed by a hacker attack – the newspapers could only appear as emergency editions.

In addition, a shipping company had to let all cruise ships drop anchor – due to a hacker attack, nothing worked on board.

IT security – in particular: Sensitivity of employees as „human entry gates, e.g. in the case of macro-attempted e-mail attachments! – is therefore a top issue in 2021!

In Germany, the so-called electronic health record started on 1 January – as the latest digitalisation project. Data security plays a very important role in this.
